Neil Smith-Cortez is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Strategic Leadership in 2020. After completing his studies, he stepped into the role of Operations Manager at POOLCORP, where he successfully managed a $36 million warehouse. In this position, Neil developed key expertise in leadership, logistics, and operational efficiency.

He brings a strategic mindset to every project, supported by strong communication skills and a solid background in computer technology. His ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and implement effective solutions has consistently delivered positive outcomes.

Neil is passionate about community involvement and regularly takes part in local outreach efforts.
